I began collecting Rainbow/Shadow High pretty soon after recollecting Monster High, around July of this year. I had an itch for the hunt of more dolls, but there were no more announced MH releases happening anytime soon that I wanted. Every time I scanned the stores’ doll aisles, I would stop and stare at the Rainbow High displays. Eventually I started picking up the boxes to examine them.

One evening, I realized I was only stopping myself, so I ran to the store and bought my first Shadow High dolls: the Storm Twins. I was absolutely in awe of their detail and beauty. They didn’t just look luxurious, they felt that way too. I knew at this moment that I was hooked!

My collection quickly grew, with the additions of Luna, Delilah, and Lila. Then came Jewel and Sunny, Natasha, Shanelle, Sheryl, then Phaedra and Margot. My collection exploded over a couple months, and I have been loving these girls every day.

I’m excited to see what else the Rainbow and Shadow high lines have to offer!
